Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 100 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments, billing status, or account updates.

Potential Fees

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary for domestic or international messages.

Opt-In Method

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from The Cure Claim by:

Verbally providing consent during a phone conversation

5. HIPAA Compliance

The Cure Claim operates as a Business Associate under HIPAA regulations. We maintain strict confidentiality of all Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with Business Associate Agreements and applicable California privacy laws.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate patient demographic and insurance information
Maintain proper medical documentation for billing purposes
Maintain professional liability insurance as required by California law
Comply with all California healthcare licensing requirements

7. Billing and Payment

Fees are based on agreed-upon rates in individual service agreements. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice receipt. Late fees may apply for delinquent payments.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, The Cure Claim shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services during the three (3) months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered through the termination date.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Modifications

The Cure Claim reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
